Aircraft maintenance Engineering

Prospectus and Application form:

Can be obtained from PUNE IAT, on payment of Rs.300 (non-refundable) in cash/by post by sending a DD of  Rs.400 (non-refundable) favoring PUNE IAT, payable at Pune. Please mention your name and address clearly on revers of the DD.
NOTE: PUNE IAT will not be responsible for non-delivery or non-receipt of forms sent by POST/Courier.
Application form and medical fittnes certificate can also be downloaded from our download section. A DD of Rs. 400/- shall be enclosed with such application form.


Admission Procedure:

Eligible student are given admission on first come first serve basis. No CET is required.

The duly filled in application form along with following enclosures should be submitted to PUNE IAT.

  • Photographs: 5 copies of passport size and stamp size each.
  • Photocopies: 2sets of attested photocopies of 12th/Diploma mark sheet and certificates.
  • Date of Birth: 2 attested photocopies of 10th certificate or school leaving certificate.
  • Medical Certificate: A Medical Certificate duly signed by a Medical Practioner holding at least MBBS degree as per the format given with the application form.
  • Affidavit: A duly executed affidavit as per format given in application form.

Admission Confirmation letter will be given to candidate by hand/by post. Once the admission is confirmed students are require to pay admission fee.

NOTE: Original of mark sheets and certificates will be verified by the institute before commencement of the course.
Management reserves the right of admission to any candidate to the institute.

 

Fee Structure

Admission fee: Rs. 10000/- (Once only)

Tuition fee: Rs. 40000/- per semester

Note: Fees can be paid by CASH/CHEQUE/DD

 

Uniform

Uniform is Compulsory for students white full sleeve shirt, black trouser formal with tie and black shoes.

Hostel

Institute offers hostel facilities separate for boys and girls. Hostel Charges: Rs.14000/- per year out of which Rs.2000/- will be refunded after vacation of hostel.

 

Role of AME in aviation Industry:

No civil aircraft can fly without being certified as airworthy.
The AME holding AME license in their respective categories can only certify the aircraft as airworthy. The AME is responsible for issuing certificate of flight release/maintenance which certifies that aircraft is airworthy and fit to fly. The responsibilities on AME at present is tremendous become modern aviation  technology is very sophisticated, costly and it demands high degree of skill and technical knowledge.
