Mr. Rajaram Deshmukh is the Chairman and Founder Director of PUNEIAT. He started PUNE IAT with Mr. Bharat Patil in June 2008 with the vision of providing a high value Aviation training in Maharashtra. He has since played a key role in PUNE IAT's growth. With the vision to provide high value education of aviation he has taken the ISO certification for the Institute which has very high value in to the education sector.

Mr. Deshmukh is involved into the various social activities and also working as a President of Consumer Right Protection Cell of MPCC. He is on the board of management of various Educational and other institutes in India.

Mr. Bharat is a Mechanical Engineer by profession. He joined aviation industry with the aim of starting his own Aviation institute with high value facilities. As he completed his 5 years into the industry, his dream came into the reality when he started PUNE IAT with Mr. Rajaram Deshmukh.

He is also involved with various Educational Organisations & Trust as Chairperson and Director. Because of his efforts for the Institute and students he is known as a dynamic and dashing personality in the organisation.

Mr. Nausad Hussain is the Brain behind the planning and development of the institute. He played a major role into the strategic planning of the institute. Because of his efforts the institute is having a well planed structure for the courses and well organised labs for the students.

Mr. Naushad has completed his B.A. Degree and also he has done DME. He Joined Indian Air Force in 1987. He has served in Indian Air Force for 20 years. He has flown almost 3000 hr. on medium transport aircraft as Flight Engineer.

Being a defence personality he is very particular about the planning and achieving his targets. Because of these qualities he is one of the pillar of PUNEIAT.
